Irritating “Fashion”

Why do some girls wear shorts over leggings? I mean, seriously, can’t they just make their minds up?? HAHA! This cracks me up! The first time I saw a girl do that, I was like ”oh, I get it! She just cant decide if she’s goin’ to wear shorts or leggings so she put on both!” LOL! =P
